Volumes of work , reaching patient expectations.

What does your job involve?

Typing, dictation ,filing , answer phone calls , go down and see patients , take minutes , clinical admin , private referrals , taking payments.

What is the most challenging part of doing this job? 

High patient demand , not having enough appointments for patients.

What is your favourite part of doing this job? 

Typing up reports , job satisfaction , staff.
