When We Are Closed
On behalf of the practice West Sussex NHS commission Harmoni, an emergency doctor on call co-operative to provide an out of surgery hours emergency service. Harmoni can only provide advice or treatment for problems arising outside normal surgery hours.
The Out of Hours Service operates
- Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 8.00am
- Weekends - Friday 6.30pm to Monday 8.00am

Urgent Treatment Centre
Crawley Hospital, West Green Drive, Crawley Tel: 01293 600300 Opening Hours: 24 hours 7 days per week The centre is operated by West Sussex NHS and offers a number of services which are available to patients who require urgent treatment at any time of the day or night 24/7. No telephone call is needed. Patients attend the centre to be clinically assessed and receive appropriate treatment.

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call
NHS Direct (0845 4647) to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
