 On Line Repeat Prescriptions

Please use this form to order your next repeat prescription by e-mail.

As this is not a secure area, we are unable to give a complete firewall protection. However, if you can fill in your unique patient's computer number, which is usually on the top of the tear off slip and your email address in the form, we can identify you from our database.

As this is a new service, we can collect your e-mail once a day only and it would take 2 working days to process your order.

This form is to be used only for the medications that are on your reviewed updated list of medications that is printed on the tear off slip. For items not on the list or change of quantity for travelling abroad or for other reasons, it would be deemed  inappropriate to use this method of repeat request.
